Iffil Mia is a no-nonsense and practical business builder. His motivation is to improve the lives of people around him, which he does even with simple solutions.

He worked in numerous technical positions in Intel, Kulim, from 1997 to 2014. He had worked as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing System Engineer, Module (Mech) Engineer, Planning & Industrial Engineering Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. He left Intel in 2014 to start his own business. He now owns a hotel and a home water filteration system business.

As part of Mia Niaga's leadership team, he is steering the development of products and services that enrich lives.
